Dr. Sandra Kreceman
HousePaws Mobile Veterinary Clinic operates in the greater Knoxville, TN area. We serve a radius of about 40 miles from the center of Knoxville. Traveling to the surrounding counties of Jefferson, Sevier, Blount, and Loudon.
Dr. Sandra Newman Kreceman earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. She also earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2001 with a major in Animal Science.
After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Kreceman decided to remain in her hometown of Knoxville and settled in at Bluegrass Animal Hospital. In the eight years that she worked as a veterinarian at Bluegrass Animal Hospital, she was able to grow and develop into the doctor she is today. She loves being a general practitioner, especially when it comes to preventative healthcare, dental health, soft tissue surgery, and radiology, specifically, ultrasound. Dr. Kreceman believes that preventative care is extremely important for a long and healthy life for your pet, and this is the main focus of HousePaws.
Dr. Kreceman is a member of many professional organizations that allow her to constantly advance her education and stay current on the newest trends in veterinary medicine. These organizations include, the American Veterinary Medical Association, Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association, and Knoxville Veterinary Medical Association.
In her spare time Dr. Kreceman enjoys spending time with her own four-legged friends, attending UT football games, and Jazzercising.
